Launching a token

Factory entry points. IPFS art is required by the app before the wallet is asked to sign.

msg.value must be ≥ launchFee. Current published factories have launchFee = 0; the app still sends the USD take as msg.value.
creatorTaxBps ≤ 1000. snipeExempt.length ≤ 8. creatorWallet = 0x0 uses msg.sender.
quote = 0x0 for native. Otherwise an ERC-20 the curve will transferFrom.
Event: TokenLaunched(token, curve, creator, quote, symbol).
The app refuses to send the transaction without an IPFS image. The factory does not see the image.
