Protocol

Fees

New factory curves charge 2%. Creator tax is a slice of that fee, capped at 10% of it. Launch take is $0.50. Listing take is $19.

Curve swap fee

New launches from the current factory use FEE_BPS = 200 (2%) on every buy and sell, always in the quote asset, never in the launch token. On a buy the fee comes off the input before pricing. On a sell it comes off the output after pricing.

New launches charge 2% on every buy and sell (FEE_BPS = 200). That percentage does not change. creatorTaxBps is the creator's slice of that fee, set once at launch. The form opens at 2 and will not accept more than 10. A value of 2 is 2% of the fee, not 2% of the trade. At that default, a 1 ETH buy pays 0.02 ETH in fees. The creator keeps 0.0004 ETH. The protocol keeps the rest. The live $ZNZF curve charges the same 2% and sets creatorTaxBps to 0.

If holder sharing is on, the creator slice accrues to holders pro-rata instead of creatorAccrued. Holders pull it with claimHolderFees().

Protocol take on create / list

  • Launch take defaults to $0.50 USD, paid in native gas at the ETH/USD (or USDC) print at send time, plus network gas. factory.launchFee is the on-chain wei floor — current published factories set this to 0, so the USD take is what the wallet actually sends.
  • List take defaults to $19 USD, paid to the fee vault. A referrer in the list link earns 10% of that take.

Uniswap swap on Zenzen

A listed token swapped from a Zenzen page pays the same 2% in ETH to the fee vault. On a buy, that slice is sent before the rest is swapped. On a sell, that slice of the ETH received is sent to the vault and the rest goes to the wallet. The pool's own Uniswap fee is separate. A swap made directly on Uniswap does not pay Zenzen.

Buyback

Buyback runs on Robinhood Chain only. That is where the $ZNZF curve and the canonical supply are. Arc does not get an intake or a splitter. A copy on Arc cannot call the Robinhood curve, so it would not burn canonical $ZNZF.

The live curve still pays its 2% to the fee vault 0xeaeb7d39cd6d362e420609142c5cf8f05999bac6. That address was fixed when the curve was deployed and cannot be changed.

  1. The treasury sweeps 80% of vault ETH to the intake 0x9f3543e3bb00b6db58ddb6e8cc495eb4cc6c6fab. The fee vault BUYBACK_BPS is 8000, so the other 20% stays in the vault.
  2. The intake forwards that ETH to the splitter 0x46c9d8d7b43cc7dc6c04cc7a889fe8e3814bf2be. Pair assets can sit in either contract. They are not swapped.
  3. The splitter calls the burner 0x1f5287b157439db84aa7223bc5c42847e097e2fb. The burner buys $ZNZF on the curve and burns it in the same transaction. totalBurned increases. totalSupply falls.

The owner can sweep 80% of the ETH in the fee vault into buyback. BUYBACK_BPS is 8000, so 20% stays in the vault. The burn happens only when that transaction is sent. Unclaimed creator escrow is creatorAccrued on each new curve. The live $ZNZF curve accrues none.
