Claiming fees

Pull creatorAccrued or holder rewards from the curve in the quote asset.

Paid in the quote asset. Native quote uses a call{value:}. ERC-20 quote uses transfer. A token page always shows the Creator fees panel; the claim button is enabled only for the creator wallet on a pull-style curve.
